Hey there. My name is Liz and I enjoy TV, Movies, fanfiction and her online life maybe a little too much.
I love Photography, Castle, the only ever seen unicorn Stana Katic, Jennifer Lawrence, political humour, non-bullshit, fun stuff, cute animals, DOGS and good people from around the globe. I don't judge, I try to not be prejudiced a lot and I hate intolerant, narrow-minded people unwilling to look at a problem from both sides. There, 's all.
Oh, and I love CASTLE. Did I mention Castle yet?!?!
There’s good fanfiction and then there’s fanfiction that I’d sell my soul to for regular updatesCastling
Seriously..what wrong with that guurl?? How can she do this to us? How can she be so cruel? And yes, I am looking at YOU, muppet47 (and oh wow, look, I just learned that you can link somebody by @ them…everyday you learn something new, I guess, la la la) BUT!!! muppet47!!!!! Imma gonna @ the crap out of you now!!!
i love how the two most cited love stories of all time are romeo & juliet and titanic and they both involve teenagers who knew each other for less than a week
and Leonardo DiCaprio played the male lead in both them.
Without winning an oscar for either
somehow we always end up here

Some people should just come to terms with what we get. I mean the extra stuff. Yes, I mean the DVD extras stuff.
Every time some new feature comes out, there are always people who say: But where is this? And where is that? And why didnt we get that?
My (admitted, unpopular) advice on how to come to terms with that:
Fact 1. Life is though. You dont always get what you want.
Fact 2. You dont own the show. You dont get to decide what the fans get.
Fact 3. Where is it written that what you want is actually the one thing that deserves most attention?
Fact 4. Moaning about what you dont see/have/got wont make you happier, definitely not more than if you simply enjoy what you have. Count your blessings.
Fact 5. There is a DVD, there are extras, your show is still on the air and your OTP stronger than ever. 95 percent of the fandoms dont get that. Hence, look at Fact 4.
Fact 6. You are shitting other ppls dashs. Yes, if they dont like what you gotta say, they can defriend/unfollow you, you say. Well, same goes for you. You dont like what the show creators give you? You can quit.
Oh, and something thats not a fact, only my humble opinion - but usually, the chronic moaners out there are the ppl who will never, ever be satisfied, because they want it ALL. They want all the extra footage, from the main lead munching on an apple during cuts, changing costumes between sets, watching him read a book (added with title, so you can google and buy it right away). Or you want to see the female lead take a personal call to her mom, talk some private stuff about her dog and his recent vet visit, or just saying she needs to go take a dump. Gross? Yeah. And kind of stalkerish.
Not everything caught on tape is for the public eye. Be respectful of that. The mere fact that it exists doesnt give us the right to see/watch/own it. Its not public property. So for each extra piece of that “B-roll” material, we should be grateful, because thats not part of the deal, not really.
I am not saying ppl are supposed to behave like sheep and eat up everything studios, TPTB, writers and executive producers say or do. But if you say you love a show so much, try to be respectful of the decisions of its actual creators. Trust their judgement that what they chose for the extras is the best they had, or the most suitable that was to give. They dont own us ANYTHING. Yet they give us stuff. And instead of saying thank you, is there possibly more where this came from, we say: Not good enough, take this shit and give us something better/funnier/more personal. Tbh, if anybody spoke to me like that, I wouldnt give them shit.
So once again. Stop treating the decision makers on this fandom stuff like they are your bitches, forced to satisfy your every whim. You wont win. Only spread disgust. Not worth it.
